When the original PET bottle supplier was unable to deliver to a manufacturer of all-purpose cleaners quickly enough, they turned to us. Shopping packages for a supermarket had been scheduled for January, which had to include 500,000 all-purpose cleaners. With a month and a half still to go, the client urgently needed to know whether we could deliver on time. We re-arranged schedules, consulted with third parties and created some production space. Within several hours after the first phone call we were able to tell them that we could supply the products. This resulted in a good first delivery and a long-term relationship that still continues.
